Windstar Cruises has introduced a brand new complimentary specialty restaurant debuting throughout the fleet this 12 months: Basil + Bamboo. The progressive new eating venue will mix Mediterranean and Asian delicacies for a novel culinary expertise.
Basil + Bamboo will take the place of Cuadro 44 throughout the road’s fleet in 2025, beginning with Star Breeze this month. It can even debut as the brand new eating venue aboard Windstar’s upcoming Star Seeker, which is scheduled to launch this December. The Yacht Club: An informal cafe for breakfast and lunch, providing a mix of conventional and fashionable flavors together with specialty espresso drinks
Star Grill: An informal restaurant for lunch and dinner, that includes smoked, grilled, and barbecued meats, seafood, and greens
24-hour room service: Complimentary room service menu along with Amphora’s full dinner menu throughout dinner hours
