MSC Cruises has introduced that it will likely be crusing within the southern Caribbean year-round beginning in winter 2026-2027.
MSC Opera will homeport in La Romana, Dominican Republic, providing seven and 14-night voyages beginning November 16, 2026. From April 2027 and on, the ship may also sail from a second embarkation port, Fort de France, Martinique.
The addition marks the primary time MSC Cruises has deployed a ship within the southern Caribbean throughout the summer time season, and likewise the primary time providing two ships throughout a winter season.

MSC Opera will be a part of MSC Seaview within the area for winter 2026-2027, providing seven-night voyages from Fort de France to locations together with Pointe-a-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Philipsburg (Sint Maarten), St. John’s (Antigua and Barbuda), Basseterre (Saint Kitts and Nevis), Roseau (Dominica), Bridgetown (Barbados), Kingstown (St. Vincent and the Grenadines), Saint George (Grenada), and Castries (Saint Lucia).
Bookings at the moment are open for MSC Opera‘s winter 2026-2027 and summer time 2027 voyages.
